Every Jon Tury print is made to order, so we handle returns a little differently than a typical retailer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size or format. Please double-check your selection at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you’re responsible for any reshipment cost. We’ll always help you sort it out.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
